Improvements in the "Invoices" module - adding a Credit Notice.
The latest added functionality in the DS Immo property management system is the ability to issue credit notices to existing invoices. In addition, the complex manager can create additional invoices with several obligations in case of extraordinary ones during the month. Regular monthly charges are created automatically and invoices are sent to owners. In case of a change of circumstances or emergencies, with the new functionality, credit notices can be issued to a given invoice and the balance can be saved against the new obligations.
